ORDER
ORDERS
After the completed order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please make sure that the email address entered is correct. Did you not receive an email? It may be that the email ended up in the junk mail. If this is not the case, please contact us.
The Brainport may refuse, modify or request additional information about an order at any time.
SEND
SHIPPING
We ship orders to addresses in the Netherlands via PostNL. After shipment you will receive a track & trace code in the mail, so you can track the package and have an indication when it will be delivered. You can have the package delivered to your home or pick it up at a PostNL collection point near you.
AGE CHECK 18+
When receiving the parcel, you or the recipient must be able to provide proof of identity for the 18+ age check. The parcel may only be handed over when the recipient is 18 years or older.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping/handling fee is 7.95 euros, orders over 75.00 euros are shipped for free. Any return shipping costs are at your own expense.
DELIVERY TIME

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days via PostNL in appropriate shipping packaging.
RETURNS
RETURNS
According to the Distance Selling Act you have 14 days for reflection. This reflection period starts 1 day after the moment of receipt. You then have 14 days to return the product to us. The costs for this are for your own account.
CONDITIONS
The product may be returned when;
is returned within 14 days
the port is unbroken
any glassware is unused
the original packaging (if applicable) is still intact
the risk and liability for breakage/damage is for the sender
enclose a copy of the invoice with the package stating what you are returning
note your account number for the refund of the purchase price
